Care and support is the general term used to describe a wide range of help that some adults need to live as well as possible with any long-term illness, condition or disability they may have. It includes things such as help given by family or friends, for example help with shopping or getting dressed or helping you get out and about. Carers can also access care and support with specialist services available for Young Carers.
